Prayer is the only  way we have of communicating with the divine. The best time I’ve found to pray is…Always. It will become a calming habit with healing cancer.  Studies have shown that prayers can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in cancer patients, which in turn can have a positive impact on their physical health.

Music has long been known for its therapeutic effects on the mind, body, and soul. In 1749 the noted London physician Richard Brocklesby  published his “Reflections on Antient [sic] and Modern Musick” arguing music could be a link between the body and soul and could therefore restore intrinsic harmony.  His essay is still used in research today. In the realm of cancer treatment, music has been shown to reduce pain, improve mood, and enhance overall quality of life for patients undergoing treatment. Join me on a heartfelt exploration of how the convergence of hope, prayers, and music harmonizes to offer solace and strength navigating the tumultuous waters of healing cancer.
